By accessing and using StableFloe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

StableFloe is a workflow automation platform for law firms. The Service includes automated document generation, matter management, integration with third-party tools, and other features described on our website.

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

The Service is provided under subscription plans. Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and may be changed with 30 days notice. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

Trial period: We offer a 30-day free trial period. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate intellectual property rights
• Not attempt unauthorized access to the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit viruses or malicious code
• Respect professional secrecy and confidentiality

The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data only to provide the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, StableFloe will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
